Cycle Nite Live—This original cycle class offers a fun, intense, cardio-burning, body-shaping workout that is highly effective in building cardiovascular strength and endurance. But this class comes with a LIVE DJ playing popular/hip songs for the participant who wants that rockin’ club atmosphere. You’ve never experienced a cycle class like this!! This class includes floorwork—please bring your own mat (1 hour).
Lift & Tone—This class is a conditioning system that increases lean muscle mass and adds muscle tone to your physique utilizing various weight training workouts—dynamic set training and strength endurance training. There is no cardio component to this workout—it is ALL resistance training. All fitness levels are welcome—especially beginners!!! This class is combined with Step on M/W mornings (30 minutes).
Step—This old-school class is choreograph-driven by combining athletic, fun and powerful dance movements on the step providing an intense cardiovascular conditioning workout with intermediate/advanced choreography. This class is combined with Lift & Tone on M/W mornings (30 minutes).
Total Body Strength & Conditioning—This class is a high intensity cardio/strength training program that’s all about burning fat and building muscle. This class will push you past your limits with challenging drills on top of non-stop intervals of strength, power, resistance and ab core training moves. You don’t have to be in extreme shape—all fitness levels are welcome and modifications for each exercise are provided (30 minutes).
